An outbreak of violent thunderstorms and strong tornadoes is expected to develop across much of the region as we head into this evening.  Who is at risk and timing these destructive storms.. 

A vast area from the Ohio Valley to the Gulf Coast is under the threat of severe thunderstorms with high winds and tornadoes later today and tonight.  A MODERATE RISK of severe weather has been issued.  Latest timing and where strong tornadoes will be possible in this update..
