Regarding our lawsuit against WHEC-TV As many of you know, Lisa and I decided to take some time off this past week to reflect on all that has transpired over the last few months. We felt it was a good time to take a break to recenter ourselves while spending time with friends and reconnecting with family over the Easter Holiday. It was one week ago today that I formally filed a lawsuit against WHEC-TV. However, just because I was taking some "time off" it doesn't mean that I wasn't getting some work done. During that time, I had a chance to chat with some radio friends at both 930 WBEN in Buffalo and 840 WHAS in Louisville about the Lawsuit. In case you missed them, here are links to those rather candid interviews... My interview with Tom Bauerle and Dave Belluvia from Tuesday April 16th: https://wben.radio.com/media/audio-channel/special-guest-jeremy-kappell-and-more-416-bauerle-and-bellavia-hour-3 My interview with personal friend and legendary Louisville talk show host Terry Meiners from April 17th... https://www.iheart.com/podcast/66-terry-meiners-28199905/episode/jeremy-kappell-files-a-lawsuit-against-30839475/ For more interviews, background and legal information on our case against the station, be sure to click on the section titled, "THE CALAMITY". As always, your support and encouragement are GREATLY appreciated.
