After some BRUTAL conditions earlier in the month, although that won't be the case for everyone, we will wrap up February in largly benign fashion. So will March come in like a LION or a LAMB? Discussing the data. Who will see the potential of flooding rains, high winds and snowfall in this update... While March will likely come in on a mild although wet note for many, it's too soon to say winter is finished just yet.
