A WEEK OF MEDIA INTERVIEWS

A busy week of local, regional and even NATIONAL media interviews following filing of lawsuit against Mayor Lovely Warren...

HELLO, WE ARE WxLive!

A week after "the calamity" that derailed my nearly 20 year career in television meteorology, on January 15th 2019, my wife and I decided I should get back to doing what I love, THE WEATHER... and just like that, BOOM, #WxLIVE came alive!

I'm so thrilled to be able to continue to share my love for weather with so many great Rochesterians and Western New Yorkers... and the best part is that I get to do it with my truely lovely bride of 17 years by my side.

In the heart of what we do, you'll find passion for weather, faith and community as #AKALisaRay and myself LIVE stream the program across multiple social media platforms including Facebook and YouTube. In addition to daily radar and forecast updates for Rochester and Western New York, you'll get to experience weather and family entertainment all at the same time... #Weathertainment!

Day 60 Grateful for my Feet

Day 60 of a Grateful Heart... Today I am grateful for Feet. I have honestly never loved the way my feet looked, I have tried to hide them the best I can over the years. The other day, when I fell down the stairs,  I cursed my feet for literally letting me down haha. But as Andrea Whitcomb-May volunteered her time to pamper me once again, I realized I am way too hard on my feet. I think we all are. That's why it is so important to take care of them... that  is why it is even more important to think about others' feet and what they are walking through...

Day 58 Grateful to Get Back Up

Day 58 of A Grateful Heart..today was not one of my more graceful mornings. I'm embarrased to say it, but as I walked downstairs to head to work, I literally FELL DOWN THE STAIRS. As I laid there assessing the damage, I started to cry, my arm hurt bad, there was blood and I am not sure if it was the pain or blood that made me feel light headed.  I literally crawled back upstairs to Jeremy. What a pitiful sight...

Day 56 Grateful for Thorns

Day 56 of a Grateful Heart...Let's be honest, some days are harder than others. Only a few hours of sleep, do not look good on me. Last night I couldn't breathe..I was suffocating from a weight that felt too heavy to bear..

Day 55 Grateful for Mondays Read more

Day 55 Grateful for Mondays

Hello Monday! We meet again.  My friend at work and I were joking on Friday how in 2.2 seconds, the weekend would be over and we'd find ourselves right back at work before we knew it. Poor, Poor Monday... It gets a bad rap, but WHAT IF we were grateful for Monday?

Area Forecast Discussion National Weather Service Buffalo NY

Tue Feb 25 2020

.SYNOPSIS...

Rather active weather will prevail through the rest of this week. Initially low pressure over the Ohio Valley will bring another round of mixed rain and wet snow to the region tonight...with this then changing to rain and temporarily breaking off for a time during Wednesday. The low will then rapidly strengthen and track across our area later Wednesday and Wednesday night while bringing a round of moderate to heavy rain that will eventually change over to snow... which will likely produce at least some moderate general snowfall accumulations across far western New York from later Wednesday night into Thursday morning. Much colder air pouring in behind this system will then bring the likelihood of heavy lake effect snow to areas east of the lakes Thursday through Friday...with somewhat weaker lake snows then migrating to areas southeast of the lakes on Saturday.

Stay tuned.
