Day 37 Grateful for Bras and Mascara

Day 37 of a Grateful Heart..Can I say it? I am grateful for the aches and pains. The other night as I sat at dinner, my body just ached. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry as I thought of the day I had and what still lie ahead of me that night.

As of only a short few months ago, life had changed so drastically. I mean hello..I laugh and ask myself every night, this is crazy.. why am I putting a bra and mascara on when that couch has my name written all over it haha? And it dawned on me..the real question in life, "the why?" Why do we do what we do everyday? I look at my husband who I adore, and my children that I have been blessed to be called their mommy, a God that loves me so much, and a community I get to hang out with everynight that I call family, and I put that bra on! In fact I may ache, but I have quite honestly, never felt SO ALIVE. Mother Teresa said, “It’s not what you do so much that matters, but how much love you put into it.” Amen!❤ #BrasAndMascara
